This is a personal thanks to Randy House and Trinity for taking care of my Teryx before Christmas. Yes, it was, and still is a lot of money to me that I had to spend on my unit- but i feel it was well worth it! You guys did a great job and the Teryx is running like a scalded dog. My sons and I have already logged in about 20 hours of fun on it and hope to log in 100's more! I, went here to get my first bike. I live over an hour away. I found an ad on Craigslist, for a Honda cbr. I went there originally just to look after going through financing I was set out the same day with a completely different bike. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a family. They were very helpful and patient with my questioning. I love CycleMax and hope to see them through out the years. I will most likely buy another motorcycle from them.

I recently bought my new bike at Cyclemax ( a beautiful 1991 Suzuki Intruder) this is my second bike.My first one is a 1996 Honda rebel many times even though I did not buy the Rebel there they offered advice and help on this bike "free advice ".When I would stop by and periodicly check out there selection which is the best I know of I live in wayne Co and do not know of any other place that offers as many used bikes so when I cashed in some of my IRA there was no question of where I would look for a bike. There were some problems with the first deal but Cyclemax bent over backwards to find financeing and get me my bike.On top of that when it was found that the price I was quoted was $200 higher then the price listed online I was given a $200 store credit (which was used to by some sissybar luggage )I cant recommend Cyclemax enough nice people who care and understand the love of the open road .

We were traveling to the Outer Banks when the Stallion I was driving had some trouble. I drove it to Lee Ford in Wilson and they acted like they didn't want to even look at the trike. The guys at CycleMax went above and beyond trying to help me. They fixed the problem in no time! Even though it was 5:00pm Friday afternoon they were willing to help. Thanks Guys! I cannot tell you how much it means to have someone help when you are traveling. Thanks so much! When I come thru Wilson again, I will come by.

I've been dealing with CycleMax since about 2000 or 2001! They are my second family! They never cease to amaze me on their customer service and down to earth atmosphere! I'm military and when I was stationed in San Antonio, TX, I drove all the way there to buy one of my current bikes! They even went as far as to drive up to Ohio to pick up a bike for me once... at no cost to me (thanks!)The sales department and parts/service department do an outstanding job to make sure customers leave the store satisfied. I can go on and on about the things they have done for me, my family, my friends, and my motorcycle club! They help and support the miliary, and I would refer anyone and everyone to them.
