WHY? In order to meet the demands of our customers, Tao Motor created something completely new.  Rather than producing another 50cc scooter style. Tao Motor took a completely different approach. The feedback throughout our 6-month testing phase was phenomenal.  The strong structural foundation from years of development with the GY6-50cc motor was a good fit for the Racer 50cc sportbike addition. With many aftermarket upgrades built specifically for this motor allowing customers the choice for customization.  With the new sleek sportbike approach with a lot of new designs and upgrades all around make the new Racer 50cc a great new addition to the Tao Motor Family.

Number 1 feature customers loved were the upgraded LED lights.  They are bigger, brighter and better all the way around from the headlights to the taillights. The new LED light design matches perfectly with the new innovative look that the Racer 50cc offers our customers.

Rather than sticking a standard smaller scooter disc on the Racer 50, Tao Motor decided to update the Front disc brakes to match the Motorcycle sportbike look.  In order to give our riders a better bike with an all-around better look and feel.
